PAYMENTS
All orders must include a signed purchase order, credit card, check or money order to process. Purchase orders must be signed and either mailed or faxed. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a late fee of 2% per month or 24% per year. Cousin's has the right to suspend shipping to past due accounts.
SAMPLES
Sample garments are encouraged and will be sent to you regular ground UPS at no charge. The only charge to you will be return shipping. Samples are available when guaranteed with a credit card, check, money order or a signed purchase order. Customer has 15 days to return sample garments, or the credit card on file will automatically be charged for the amount of the samples on approval. Please call us if you need an extension. Cousin's would be happy to send a sample run of sizes for your group to try on. Sample dress size runs are available in black only. Sample garments are encouraged, however, Cousin's has the right to limit the number of samples at any time.
DIsCoUNTs
Orders that are prepaid with a check, money order or cashier check are eligible for a 2% discount. 2% discount applies to group orders of $300 or more, when payment is received in full. This offer is not to be combined with any other offer. Payment by credit card is not entitled to a 2% discount. The 2% discount is taken after the subtotal is computed. Shipping is added after the 2% discount. Early orders placed between August 1st and September 24th, 2010 of $500 or more are entitled to free shipping. Orders
must be fully paid for with check, money order or a signed

GeNeRAL
All garments come without a hem unless specified, and our prices do not include alterations. Please keep in mind that dye lots may vary from one cutting to another. Products shown in this catalog may vary from actual color. Best to call for a swatch color card. Cousin's will not be responsible for size changes and wrong measurements once an order has been placed. Best to call us about what measurements to take ahead of time. Customer will have to pay all shipping expenses for exchanges.

eMBRoIDeRY AND sILk sCReeNING
Embroidery and silk screening usually take up to 3 weeks from the time the art work is submitted and approved. Call for prices and set up charges. Silk screened and embroidered items are not returnable.
ReTURNs, eXChANGes, AND shoRTAGes
Please call 800-881-5343 for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization form which can be downloaded online at www.concertattire.com. Garments can be exchanged for a different size in new condition only, in the original package with the tags on them. Customer must pay all shipping charges to and from Cousin's on exchanges. There is a 25% restocking charge for canceled orders, and a 20% restocking fee for returns. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from invoice. The restocking fee does not apply to sample garments on review. Custom orders are especially cut for the customer, and, therefore, are not returnable. Custom made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. Customers must claim shortages or damageswithin 48 hours of receipt to receive full credit. Garments and shoes that are worn or altered cannot be exchanged.
MINIMUMs AND sURChARGes
Dresses, ensemble and package prices have a minimum initial order of 6 units. No single orders will be accepted by anyone other than the school’s music director or booster president. Please add 20% for smaller orders of less than 6 on your initial order. Individuals calling in their orders are subject to a 20% surcharge to process their order. We encourage music directors to email or fax orders of 6 or more to save time. Custom made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. See measuring charts for surcharge prices on all larger size garments. Please call for prices on very special size cuttings and for custom patterns and fabrics. Custom orders are not returnable.
DeLIVeRY
Fast ship are products throughout our catalog that we can ship within 7 business days or less from the time we receive a school’s purchase order or payment. Please look for the fast ship icon throughout catalog. Shipping of in stock merchandise can take up to 3 weeks from the date we have received your purchase order. Most dresses will be delivered between 2 and 6 weeks from the time the order is placed. Custom orders can take up to 8 weeks. Please call for an exact delivery period.
